Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

Is it safe to shop on your website? Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is always secure.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days, and international orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time.


Products

Are your products high quality? Yes — every product in our store is carefully selected to meet our quality standards before being made available to customers.

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do? If an item is out of stock, you can reach out to us and we'll let you know when it's back or suggest a similar alternative.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return has been approved and received.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
